Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for field study along with Project engineers whenever it is required.

2. Responsible for designing project as per the customer / Tender specification.

3. On receipt of order, validate Panel costing before starting the panel engineering documents and containing the project cost within the budget by using innovative ideas / alternate products / series.

4. Prepare Electrical BOM, GA, wiring diagram and send it to Project Engineer / customer approval. Ensuring the approval from internal customer and external customer before starting the manufacturing.

5. Prepare manufacturing drawings including Engraving, accessories, Ferrules list and all other document as per standard.

6. Responsible to evaluate the Input/output list.

7. Responsible to design and provide a solution that meets the desired quality and resource utilization standards at an optimum cost.

8. Responsible for avoiding design flaws, design reworks and any sub-standard design/drawing. 

9. Responsible for attending review meet with customers on behalf of the design team and participating the Customer/end user inspection to make sure the system designed by respective engineer pass the inspection without any remarks

10. Primarily responsible for generating bill of materials, estimates, specification of materials to be bought for the project and make sure it is delivered in time.

11. Coordinate with marketing, Project and production team to make sure the project is completed within the budgeted time frame and cost.

12. Maintain master file of drawings, catalogues and manuals used for the Project in soft or hard form.

13. Should adhere to all Internal systems & processes.

14. Should  adhere to all ISO documentation requirements.
